"Crystal Technical Services was instrumental in developing our 3D processes. Our mechanical design department required a multi-faceted implementation. We established a plan that involved Training, installation, configuring and ongoing mentoring. CTS also created a plan to use the features and strengths of Inventor to fit our projects. We were faced with interacting with multiple software packages and customer requirements. CTS was able to provide the plan and direct support to ensure the complete picture was considered and that it worked. We now have this system in place. Our people are busy moving forward and our customers are happy with what we’ve been able to do for them."

"Nor-Mar Industries has worked with Crystal Technical Services since the implementation of our 3D-CAD program and the associated data-management software over 5 years ago. Over that time he has provided us with a wide variety of implementation, maintenance, and support services, and has been continuously helping us improve our understanding of the program and its features. As our company has grown, he has also worked with us in determining new avenues for improving our products, services, and practices."

“In June of 2011 Gwil Crane Service decided to add Autodesk Inventor to our existing AutoCAD software licenses. A summer student worked with the software, this convinced myself and two others in our office that Inventor would be another tool we could make use of in our day to day lift planning. For us class room training seemed time consuming and expensive, we were introduced to Crystal Technical Services. We were able to schedule CTS and ourselves to complete the basic training on evenings and the odd workday afternoon and even one Saturday. This ability to get all of us training without taking time out of busy workdays was key to our decision to contract CTS. Additionally the cost was very attractive as it cost no more to train the three of us compared to training one in a classroom setting.
With regard to Greg’s skills in Inventor, AutoCAD, and as a teacher, there was no question we asked that Greg couldn’t answer. There was one question that Greg got back to us on the next class. And best of all when we started to derail the teaching timeline with side questions Greg politely got us back on track without our hardly even realizing what he was doing.
An extra bonus was CTS’s knowledge of Autodesk Vault. To install Vault our software provider wanted to bring in a software engineer from out of province, and charge us accordingly. CTS offered his services then worked with our network administrators. Once CTS got involved Vault was installed within a day or so, and the cost again attractive. When used properly Vault solves a lot of problems with AutoCAD X-Ref and duplicate files.
Lastly CTS’s continuing offers to answer questions or provide assistance speaks well of his personality. That’s why when we need further assistance with anything Greg will be the first person we go to. I would recommend Greg to anyone who requires his type of service. ”
